About Vic Martinez

Command Sergeant Major (Retired) Vic Martinez served 28 years in the U.S. Army, holding key leadership roles, including Regimental CSM for the 2nd Stryker Cavalry Regiment. He completed two combat tours in Iraq and retired as CSM for the National Training Center and Fort Irwin where he served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commanding General. His honors include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, and the Purple Heart.
Vic helps companies, corporations, and mid-to-senior-level professionals elevate their productivity, performance, and potential. With 40 years of coaching experience, he uses his Strategic Mindset Mastery plan—blending military leadership and business expertise—to provide strategic guidance and tools for success. As the founder of Elite Life Coaching LLC and Martinez Motivation, he also serves on the American Red Cross Board and remains active in Veteran support. Committed to leadership development, he continues to guide professionals in building resilience, confidence, and lasting success.
